When the mains power grid stops supplying electricity or the mains voltage drops below 80% of the rated value, 

the generator set will automatically start. Upon successful startup, it supplies power to the load. The entire process 

of a successful startup is completed within 15 seconds. Equipped with a remote interface, startup delays can be 

configured to enable automatic startup and shutdown of the generator set.

Automatic Exit Function

During autonomous power generation in automatic mode, if the mains power is restored and confirmed after 30 seconds, 

the generator set initiates the automatic exit procedure. It will first disconnect the load and restore mains power supply, 

then operate under a cool-down process for 2 minutes before shutting down automatically. If the mains power fails during 

the cool-down operation, the generator set will automatically increase speed to restore power supply to the load.

Pre-Alarm/Fault Protection Function

Functions such as low battery voltage, charging failure, overcurrent, low oil pressure, and high water temperature have pre-alarm capabilities. 

When values reach the alarm threshold without triggering a shutdown, the alarm light flashes. If values exceed the shutdown threshold, 

the generator will fault and shut down.

Functions such as low speed, overspeed, frequency out-of-range, voltage out-of-range, emergency stop, 

and startup failure have fault protection capabilities. If an analog input value exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit, 

the corresponding over-high/over-low delay timer starts. If the value does not return to normal after the delay, 

the generator immediately faults and shuts down, with the alarm light remaining steadily lit.

All the above alarm signals feature a self-locking function. 

The system will only return to normal after on-site personnel resolve the fault and press the "Stop" button.

Automatic Charging Function 

Whether operating on mains power or autonomous generation, the generator set can automatically charge the startup control battery. 

The charging system uses a switching power supply to implement a two-stage charging method for the battery. During the first stage, 

when the battery capacity is low, constant current charging at 6A DC is applied. When the battery voltage reaches 26.5V DC, 

it switches to constant voltage charging and maintains float charging. When the battery is fully charged, the charging current automatically drops to zero.
