F) Air in the fuel system

I) Water in the fuel  

J) Use of incorrect type or grade of fuel  

K) Injector malfunction or incorrect injector model  

L) Loose inlet or return pipe connections on the injectors  

M) Fuel transfer pump failure  

N) Fuel injection pump failure  

O) Incorrect fuel injection timing  

P) Incorrect valve timing  

Q) Low compression pressure  

R) Fuel shut-off valve blocked  

S) Exhaust pipe blocked  

**Remedial Measures:**  

A) Refer to “Engine Cannot Be Turned or Cranking Speed Is Too Low”  

B) Disengage the engine drive device  

C) Check the user manual for operating the cold start system  

D) Refer to the user manual / Check the semi-automatic fuse, press the reset button if needed, inspect wiring, 

interlock buttons, and preheating relays. If preheating elements need replacement, contact authorized personnel  

E) Replace the fuel filter  

F) Bleed the fuel filter  

G) Clean the pipeline  

H) Clean the air intake pipeline  

I) Replace the fuel and install a fuel-water separator  

J) Use a temporary fuel tank to start the engine for diagnosis  

K) Perform pressure testing / Adjust or replace the injectors  

L) Tighten the pipe connections  

M) Inspect / Repair the fuel transfer pump, replace if necessary  

N) Have the fuel injection pump inspected by an authorized dealer  

O) Check fuel injection pump data and adjust accordingly  

P) Adjust to specified parameters  

Q) Refer to “Low Compression Pressure”  

R) Refer to “Possible Faults with the Fuel Shut-Off Valve”  

S) Check if the exhaust pipe is blocked
