Weichai Power Co., Ltd. (HK2338, SZ000338) was established in 2002, initiated by Weichai Holding Group Co., Ltd.

On September 3, 2012, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with KION Group, a world-leading industrial forklift manufacturer

fundamentally changing China's long-term dependence on imported high-end hydraulic products. In June 2016, the company's overseas subsidiary, 

KION Group, fully acquired Dematic, a global logistics and transportation supplier, establishing itself as a global leader in intelligent internal logistics solutions.
