1) Ensure all switches and disconnect switches are in correct positions, and the interlock switches meet the operational requirements.  

2) Verify that all fuses are properly installed and all power supplies are normal.  

3) Check that the 24V battery voltage is normal and the charger is operating correctly.  

4) Ensure the diesel generator has no oil leaks, the fuel tank level is adequate, and all fuel line valves are open.  

5) The diesel generator output control switch must not be manually operated under any circumstances.  

6) After each start or stop of the diesel generator, reset the auto-start panel reset button once.  

7) During diesel generator operation, personnel must be present on-site to monitor its operation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  

8) If the 400V plant bus loses power and the diesel generator does not auto-start, one manual start is permitted, but each start attempt must not exceed 15 seconds.  

9) If the 400V plant bus loses power and the diesel generator starts normally, but the power switch from the generator 

to the emergency bus fails to close, attempt a forced close once after confirming the main power supply switch has opened.  

10) Ensure fire extinguishing equipment for the diesel generator is complete and available.
